- Early Bird tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
- No Cancellation / No Refund Policy
- All ticket sales are final.
- No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.
- This includes personal reasons, travel issues, or inability to attend.
- Event Changes
- The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, performers, menu items, or schedule.
- Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
- Event Cancellation or Postponement
- In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement by the organiser, ticket holders will be notified via official channels.
- Liability will be limited to the ticket value only, where applicable.
- Food & Allergies
- Guests are responsible for managing their own food allergies.
- The organiser accepts no liability for allergic reactions.
- Health, Safety & Conduct
- Guests must comply with venue rules and health & safety regulations.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving inappropriately, without refund.
- Media & Photography
- By attending, guests consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes.
- Liability
- Attendance is at the guest’s own risk.
- The organiser is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or theft during the event.
- Acceptance of Terms
- Purchase of a ticket constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
